I had family in town from Florida so we had a group of 2 adults, 3 teenagers and a small child. If I could give this place zero stars I would. It’s a bad business model that is a slippery slope for them unfortunately. They’ll change what they offer at the drop of a hat, regardless of what they advertise at the time of your purchase. Or, maybe they do see it and are looking to pad their own pockets even more. We would then have to purchase daily park passes for the extra guest for the other days that we’re there. As a consolation for 2023, they are offering a daily waterpark pass, which is going to ultimately cost the annual pass holder even more money (food, drinks, etc), especially those of us staying at the resort for a week or more days at a time. I read that in the disclosure as I purchased the passes, but they also promised a product that is no longer available. I asked for a refund and they said all sales are final. However, now they have closed the beach access swim area, which was our #1 amenity.

This was really accommodating to children and adults alike.įast forward to 2023, we purchased the ultimate annual passes again in hopes of enjoying the same amenities because the zip line was supposed to open back up. We still went and enjoyed the amenities, especially the beach swim area. They offered a $20-$25 gift card (I can’t remember which) as a consolation prize.
As a 2022 ultimate annual pass holder, we were disappointed they cancelled the zip line after we purchased the passes.
